About Us
Foundation Hill is a small family-run company focused on providing quality childcare at Andover, MN. Sonia Nagwani is the owner and her husband, Murli Nagwani, supports her in administrative work. Jenni Vitek is the director. Sonia started the Andover center in 2008. She ran her first center in St. Francis from 2003 to 2009. Murli Nagwani operated the Plymouth center from 2010 to 2025. Foundation Hill prides on providing outstanding childcare and have hundreds of well satisfied customers!
Our Center
We built our center ground up, custom designed as well functioning childcare centers. Our center has 2 infant rooms, 2 toddler rooms and 4 preschool rooms. Our infant rooms and our toddler rooms are separated by age as young and old, while our preschool rooms are mixed age rooms. Our center caters to about 130 children.
Management
Sonia Nagwani
Owner
Sonia Nagwani is the director of the Andover center. Sonia's career has been in the field of education and childcare. She has education degrees from India and US (University of Houston). She first taught as elementary school teacher in Texas and Michigan. Sonia was the Director of our St. Francis center which we operated from 2003 to 2009 and she is the director of Andover center since 2008.
Jenni Vitek
Andover Director
Jenni Vitek is the assistant director of the Andover center. Jenni went to school for early child development at UW-Madison for two years and University of Minnesota. She also has Infant and Toddler Montessori training from NAMC. Jenni has worked in a variety of early childhood settings since 1988, with the majority being with toddlers and in a Montessori environment. She did a lot of in-house Montessori toddler training, then moved into a management position. She has been in a management and administrative position since 2010 and started working at Foundation Hill in 2015.
